Do you accept my Insurance?

We accept all traditional dental insurance plans and PPO plans in our office. We currently are not providers for any HMO or DMO plans. 

Can I be a patient if I do not have Insurance ?

We welcome all patients to our practice. We offer various methods of payment including cash, check ,Mastercard , Visa and payment plans through Care credit for those who qualify. 

What should I expect at my first appointment ?

It is our goal to provide you with best care possible. If you are having pain it will be our goal to get you out of pain fisrt. Some diagnostic procedures like x-rays  are necessary to determine the cause of pain and its appropriate treatment.

If you are coming to our office painfree , we would spend the time on your first appointment to get to know you, your concerns and gather all the necessary information to provide you with a comprehensive anc complete picture of you oral heath status. We will explain in detail your dental needs and all options available to you.

Will I get my teeth cleaned on my first appointment ?

We understand you desire to get your teeth cleaned. There are certain situations where a dental polishing may be an inappropriate treatment. Once we have evaluated your oral health we will discuss with you the appropriate treatment and may be able to clean your teeth at the appointment.

My Insurace pays 100% , will there be a charge on my first appointment ?

Most insurace plans are a contract between your employer and the Insurace companies. Based on the contract , your Insurace companies will cover certain percentage of the fees.The coverage typically varies based on the type of work that is done.  Since most of the plans are custom made for the employers there is variation in coverage.

For your convienience and as a courtesy to you our staff can contact the Insurance company and get you information about your coverage. Being a third party, we cannot be responsible for Insurance coverage and fees are owed at the tme of service.

This can be very confusing and we urge you to call us with any questions you may have.

Do you do all the work in your office or do I have to go different places ?

We are a full service office. We perform all non surgical procedures in our office. There are times when you would get a better service through a specialist . In times like this we will inform you of your options. Surgical procedures are not performed in our office and we will guide you through the process.
